McDonald’s Tiller was a visit of two halves. The order came out quickly and the service arrived with a smile, but the food and dining area did not quite match that positive start.

Fast, but not quite polished
Speed was the obvious strength here. There was no long wait and the staff kept the interaction friendly, which is exactly what you want when stopping for a quick meal.
The disappointment was in the finishing touches. Fries that had already started to cool and tables that needed more attention made the restaurant feel busier and less cared for than it should. It was not a bad visit, but it was one where a little extra care would have changed the score.

Tiller delivered on speed and friendliness, so there was still enough here to make a return visit reasonable. This time, however, cold fries and a dining room needing attention took the shine off an otherwise efficient stop. Final Reeve Rating: 6.2/10.
