McDonald’s Klett delivered a noticeably better experience. The food was hot and fresh, the restaurant was clean and tidy, and the staff were genuinely friendly.

Food quality scored 8 out of 10. The food was served hot, the fries were nicely salted, and the Coke was properly fizzy. Everything tasted fresh, and for McDonald’s this was a very good meal.

Service scored 10 out of 10. The staff were nice, friendly and welcoming. This was the strongest part of the experience.
