Escape Room Levi

Three friends and I visited Escape Room Levi during our time in Finland. It was great fun from the start, with plenty of teamwork, thinking and laughs as the four of us worked through the challenge together.

Great fun as a group

An escape room is at its best when everyone gets involved, and this worked brilliantly for our group of four. We had to communicate, share ideas and notice different clues, which made the experience feel properly social rather than like four people solving puzzles on their own.

There was a good sense of achievement when we completed the room, and the whole experience gave us plenty to talk and laugh about afterwards.

A technical problem halfway through

The system went down halfway through our first room. That could easily have spoiled the experience, especially when timing and atmosphere are such important parts of an escape room.

Despite the fault, we were still able to carry on and complete the challenge. The problem was frustrating, but it did not take away the fact that we had a genuinely enjoyable time.

Excellent handling by the organiser

The man running the escape room dealt with the situation very fairly. He gave us a good discount because of the interruption and then allowed us to do the second room for free.

That response made a big difference. Instead of ignoring the problem, he recognised it and made sure we left feeling well looked after. Good service is often most noticeable when something goes wrong, and this was a very good example of that.
